Rock Prairie Elementary in College Station is on the Honor Roll

Once again, Rock Prairie Elementary in College Station, Texas has made the Texas Business & Education Coalition’s Honor Roll.  This is the fifth year in a row that Rock Prairie Elementary has been named to the TBEC Honor Roll. Our students and teachers worked hard for this achievement and should be commended for this award.

The TBEC Honor Roll is the most prestigious award for sustained, academic excellence in Texas. It recognizes schools that have demonstrated three years of consistent, high performance in all subjects compared to other schools serving similar student populations. TBEC Honor Roll schools have the highest percentage of students performing at the state’s most rigorous standard -commended- in every subject.

Joey Condon Received a GREAT Customer Service Comment!

Joey Condon got the nicest letter from one of his clients – I just had to share it!

Joey Condon

Dear Joey,

I apologize for taking so long in getting to what to me is a priority, and that is to thank you for your assistance and professionalism in helping my wife, Silvia, and I find and purchase a home in Bryan, Texas.

The first person that I contacted simply frustrated me with his delays, expectations, and finally demands. You on the other hand accepted my desire to find someone who would not waste my time, and help us to find our home, not a home you simply desired to sell us. In retrospect it seems like it happened quickly however I am sure it was frustrating, and yet you handled each viewing, showing, offer, etc. as a true professional.

In the past I have purchased homes and sold homes using Realtors in various states, however, you are the only one I have met that I truly feel I can trust, and will be up front and honest with me. You were unbelievably helpful and  very flexible in accommodating Read the rest of this entry »

Selling a home in Bryan or College Station, Texas or other location in the Brazos Valley is heavily dependant on pricing your home properly and picking an agent that will create an “online market presence” for your home. As a home seller, you need to be aware that the market in Bryan College Station and many other Texas communities has changed over the last three and a half years. We are no longer in a strong seller’s market.

When selling a home in Bryan College Station, Tx, it pays to have a pro in your corner representing you.  It pays to hire a well educated, top professional at Century 21 Beal.

** 85% of all buyers are finding their homes on the Internet. Is your Bryan College Station home being advertised on the web? If you are with CENTURY 21 Beal it sure is!

What Do Clients Say About Joey Condon?

I knew Joey would never post what his client said so since they sent it to me I posted it instead. Joey is a great guy, a man of his word, a great Realtor and an even better Dad.

Susan Hilton – Sales Manager – CENTURY 21 Beal, Inc.

June 05,2008

Joey,

We chose to forward our accolades to you w/ the previous correspondence below because it exemplifies the importance of communication and action. Over the last 7 months our relationship has evolved into a friendship that includes your lovely children. In the final days we trusted your judgement while seeking your advice. Good job young man. Your background, combined with maturity, brought the parties together keeping our deal alive until we found a solution. The willingness to go above and beyond anything that was asked of you, eg, cutting out the closet floor for the inspectors, reining in the ‘opposing’ broker, the fixture, even helping w/ the final day moving of the remaining furniture items. And, most importantly as supporters of the “little guy”, Sandy and I appreciated the story of the father looking out for his little tuna fish at the pool.

Never underestimate the power of a direct mail piece, albeit, your initial sense of urgency sealed the deal. Count on us as future references. Today, in speaking w/ my sister Linda Jentsch, Brazos Valley Bank, your name and firm came up in the conversation. You remain a positive influence in the memory of our beloved Mimi and the sale of her home.

Thank you,

Sandy & A C Andy Reina
